Terms and Conditions for following promotion:

Ritualize Pty Ltd:  ‘Share a short clip telling us which habits you pledge to change this summer’ (“Promotion”) shared on Facebook and LinkedIn on, 12 Dec 2017.

 

  1. Trader name and address

Ritualize Pty Ltd (ABN 168 359 395) of 84 Mount Eliza Way, Mount Eliza, VIC, 3930. (the Promoter)

 

  1. Who may enter and method of entry

Entry is only open to respondents who are Australian residents following our Ritualize Facebook page, and upload a video via the Ritualize website. Neither the Promotion nor the awarding of the prize is open to: employees of the Promoter; parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to the Promotion;  parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Promotion; or any immediate family member of the above mentioned parties.

 

  1. Duration of entry period

The entry period is from Tuesday 12 December, 2017 until Friday 22 December, 2017.

 

  1. Details of prizes and prize values

Two (2) winners will be selected and will receive a Garmin Vivosmart 3, valued up to $229.00. Entry is open to anyone in Australia over the age of 18. You don’t need to be (or have) been a Ritualize participant.

 

  1. Date, time and place of draw

The winning entries will be judged on creativity. All entries will be judged at Suite 11A,

84 Mount Eliza Way, Mount Eliza, VIC, 3930, Australia.

 

  1. Publication of winner names

The winners will be notified via email on Tuesday 2 January 2018.

 

  1. Unclaimed prize draw

Winners must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within three (3) days of the date of notification. Prizes will be delivered to winners via email within 24 hours of the date of claim. In the event that a winner has not validly claimed their prize within three (3) days of the date of notification, that prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable.

 

  1. Cost

There is no cost to enter the competition.

 

  1. Exclusion of Liability

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any Participant or any other person including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.

 

(b) The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion will be final.

(c) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.

 

(d) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Participants or their representatives in matters relating to the Promotion.

(e) A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

 

(f) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.

 

(g) The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prizes are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

 

(h) The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected mail or mail received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.

 

  1. Privacy

As an Australian based organisation, we are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act which regulate how organisations may collect, use, disclose and store personal information, and how individuals may access and correct personal information held about them. In this privacy policy, ‘personal information’ has the same meaning as defined by section 6 of the Privacy Act: information or an opinion (including information or an opinion forming part of a database), whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be ascertained, from the information or opinion. Such information is subject the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be found at under the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).

 

First names of, and video content from, entrants may be used by the Promoter for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms and the entrant consents to such use.

 

  1. Inconsistency

To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail.

 

  1. Acknowledgement

By participating in the survey, each Participant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.
