My focus was on developing a better sleeping routine and tolerating longer “cold shower ” time. So far, my sleep time has improved by at least one extra hour per night (getting approximately 7 hours of sleep per night, regularly now) and the cold shower has an amazing effect on my mood/energy level. I was concerned that I couldn’t keep it up as the weather got colder in Tassie, but I`m surprised that after 5 months of daily practice, it is now a very welcome part of my routine.
